Small sour cherries. Intense flavor. Only two natural ingredients.

Our sour cherry trees in southern Serbia bear small, particularly aromatic fruit with a distinctive balance of fruity tartness and natural sour cherry flavor.

Sour cherries – an authentic variety of natural plant compounds

Sour cherries are known for their natural variety of anthocyanins, polyphenols, and organic fruit acids.

Anthocyanins are natural plant pigments that give the fruit its intense red color. Together with the characteristic fruit acids and other plant components, they give sour cherries their unmistakable character.

Our goal is to preserve this authentic fruit flavor as much as possible through careful processing.

Psyllium husk – natural plant fiber

Psyllium husk is characterized by its natural swelling properties. It absorbs liquid and gives our sour cherry puree its pleasantly soft, spreadable consistency.

This creates a special fruit puree with only two ingredients – without added water, added pectin, or other gelling agents.

Gently processed at a maximum of 55°C

During production, our sour cherry puree is heated to a maximum of 55°C.

This careful processing reflects our philosophy: to produce authentic foods with the most unadulterated fruit flavor possible and as few ingredients as possible.

• Straight from the spoon
